Classes
Start
Summer 2020

Our Vision & Philosophy
Our vision is to partner with homeschooling and school-free families to create a local resource offering classes, tutoring, and child care/student care.
We believe in the power of self-directed education and the magic of childhood.
We incorporate the best aspects of the most respected educational modalities into our classes, including Montessori, Waldorf, Reggio, and Classical, to name a few.

The Garden
Outdoor Learning
Life began in a garden, and so will our first round of classes! In the warmer months, we will host primarily outdoor activities including: gardening classes and nature-based crafts and artwork. Eventually, we would like to also offer entomology workshops, outdoor cooking, and community agriculture space.
The Classroom
Indoor Activities
Our cozy indoor space features various learning areas where children can read, play, build, journal, craft, or just relax. Classes, tutoring sessions, group projects, and drop-off homeschooler care, are some of the services we will offer in our indoor learning space. We are hoping to have our indoor space ready for Fall 2020. Check back for updates or subscribe to our mailing list.
And beyond...
Community
Families who choose education outside of the traditional classroom benefit from some unique learning opportunities. Wellspring Learning Collaborative seeks to offer a wide variety of educational connections and resources - by partnering with local experts, businesses, nature and cultural centers to create learning opportunities - regardless of your educational style!

Sponsors
As a newly opened grassroots program, Wellspring Learning Collaborative relies heavily on sponsors, volunteers, donors, and member support through class fees. We hope to always be able to operate as an independent, private resource center.
To help us achieve and maintain that goal, we need YOU.
